About Us

We launched Skin Health Plus because we saw a need in the skin care industry to help women and men improve the healthiness of the largest organ in their body – their skin.  On a mission to provide advanced, cutting edge top of the line skin care products combined with scientifically based education to the world – we have come full circle in our careers. 

A little bit about us…

I’m Mary.  I’m a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in science and am I passionate (perhaps a bit obsessed) with health and wellness – specifically when it comes to skin health. My story and why I started Skin Health Plus really started with my mother. As she reached her golden years, she began to see the negative effects that stress, everyday toxins, lack of moisture, and well, years of everyday living where having on her skin. Being the concerned daughter and nurse that I am, I began suggesting a myriad of products that she should be using to help rejuvenate and refresh her skin. As a scientist and health care provider, I knew all the data behind just how important it is to take care of our skin – the largest organ in our body - but what I didn’t know at first, was that the products I was suggesting for my mother where actually harmful to her.

Not all skin is the same. As you age your skin changes – a lot. It can become rougher, lose elasticity, become more transparent, fragile, and the pH even changes. I knew there had to be a better way of healing my mother’s aging skin and protecting it. I spent some time talking to my husband Kevin who owns and manages an internationally renowned medical education company about the viability of bringing Skin Health Plus to the masses.  After some amazing reviews from our test market, we knew we were ready to go.  The rest – as they say – is history.
